Mad Art Materials Return Policy: “Keep It Mad, Not Sad” 

We get it—sometimes the universe splatters outside the lines. Maybe your stuff showed up looking like it had a rough night, or your pastel pulled a disappearing act. Whatever the case, we're here to make it right.

You've Got 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to let us know if something’s not right. That’s a full lunar cycle, give or take. After that, we assume everything’s fine and you’ve become one with your art supplies.

Something Broken?

Oh no! If something arrived cracked, smashed, or looking like it fell out of a moving van (we hope not), email us right away with a photo. We’ll either replace it, refund it, or send it to art supply heaven with honor.

Here’s How to Return:

  1. Find your customer account by going to "Order Tracking" under the "Support" section at the bottom the the website

  2. Once logged in, start the return process for the items you want to return

  3. Pop the item back in the mail—once we get it, we’ll issue a refund or replacement faster than you can say “Bob Ross was a national treasure.”

Return Shipping

If we messed up (oops 😅), we’ll cover shipping. If it’s a “changed-my-mind” kind of thing, we’ll ask you to cover the return shipping.
